Arrival: Please try to arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your appointment so we can check you in smoothly.

Consent Form: You’ll need to fill out a digital consent form every visit. We know it can be a little annoying, but it’s required by law. Just bring along a valid state-issued ID or driver’s license and your cell phone to complete it.

Payments:
Your artist will send you an email with everything you need to know before your appointment. If anything’s unclear, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Manager—she’ll be happy to help and will get back to you as soon as possible. We’re cash-only, so please bring the exact amount for your session. As for your deposit, it will either go toward your total or roll over to your next appointment—your artist will fill you in on the details.

Aftercare:
Each artist has their own approach to aftercare based on their tattooing style. They will go over how to take care of your new tattoo & whether they provide aftercare samples or recommend a second skin cover. We also offer Hustle Butter, an all-natural, vegan salve, for $20 if you need it. Whatever method works best for you, we’ve got you covered for the healing process.

Open Layout: Our studio has a friendly open layout, so you’ll get to see other artists and clients enjoying their sessions too!

Entertainment: We’ve got multiple TVs playing movies for you to enjoy. If you’d prefer some personal time, feel free to pop in your headphones and zone out.

Phone Usage: To help us focus on giving you the best tattoo experience, we kindly ask you to save your phone for later. Even small movements, like scrolling, can affect the process. Instead, enjoy the movie or your favorite playlist!

Comfortable Clothing: We want you to feel relaxed, so wear loose, comfy clothing that makes it easy to access the area being tattooed. The studio is dimly lit for a cozy atmosphere, but there are lights over the tattooed area, so if you’re sensitive to light, an eye mask might be helpful.

Privacy for Intimate Areas: If you’re getting a tattoo in an intimate area and would like a bit more privacy, just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll arrange a private room for you.

Comfort & Amenities

Snacks and Beverages: We love keeping our clients happy, so we provide a variety of snacks and beverages, including some vegan options. Feel free to bring your own snacks, too—whatever makes you feel comfortable!

Food Options: We have a Chinese restaurant next door, as well as Subway, Pollo Loco, and McDonald's nearby. You’re welcome to have food delivered—just ask us for our address! Our receptionist will grab the food at the desk and deliver it to you at your station.

Restrooms: We have two restrooms available, including one stocked with 100% cotton menstrual products for your convenience.

Explore: During breaks, you’re welcome to browse our bookshelf, check out our fish tank, or stroll around the studio. Just remember to give our artists and other clients some space while they’re working.

Temperature: Our studio is kept at a cozy 69°F, but it can feel a bit chilly. Bringing a sweater or small blanket is a great idea to stay comfy!
